Rue Richer and The Pavillon are perfectly located in the center of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, next door to the historic house, The Corner.

Just steps from the regional bus station, the island’s finest restaurants, unique shops, and the iconic Alle Jacobson Promenade.

These rooms offer an ideal base for exploring, some of the most beautiful and untouched beaches on the French coast.

Rue Richer and The Pavilion boast 7 suites that can each sleep from 2 to 6 people depending upon your choice of suite.

Some suites have a small salon while others just have lots of space!

Rooms can include on-site parking, bicycles, kitchens or kitchenettes and more, depending upon if you are picking a

premier or deluxe suite, or one of our budget-friendly family suites.

The Pavillon
Budget-Friendly Family Suites

The Pavilion family suites offer a modern, relaxed atmosphere with a blend of style and convenience for those looking for longer stays.

On the upper floor of The Pavillon, these three rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom, laundry and kitchenettes.

Outside of your room, you will have a long indoor and outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a drink or a meal or just to relax.

These large rooms includes towels and bed linens, pillows and blankets ... an equipped kitchenette, with a washer and dryer in the large double sink bathroom and basic toiletries.

We will make the king-size bed for you, and will stock the room with enough linens for you to make whichever additional beds you may need in your room.

Please Note: These rooms do not include bicycles or on-site parking.

For parking ... there is a large free public parking two blocks from the building. The regional bus station is also just two blocks from the building as well.

For Bicycles ... we do have space in our on-site parking for your bike should you bring one. We can also direct you to a great bicycle rental place just 4 blocks from the building.

And now for the best part ... you can reserve these suites for one flat price per night for up to 6 people, and, everyone gets a delicious breakfast served by Chef Raphaël each morning at the historic house, The Corner.

Premier Suites

The Pavilion premier suites come in two different sizes with one on the first floor and one on the second.

The Loft is on the 2nd floor of The Pavillon, beside the family suites. This small two person suite boasts a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and a beautiful view of the Castle!. There's room for your family pet too!

Reservations for this room include breakfast, bicycles (2 per room), private parking, on-site laundry facilities, and use of a therapeutic hot tub for two in our terraced garden, by appointment.

The Cottage is one of our ground floor premier suites located inside The Pavillon. This is the only suite with a fully-equipped kitchen and a small salon for your convenience.

This two room suite sleeps up to 4 people with a queen-size bed and two single sofa beds in the salon. There's room

for your family pet too!

Reservations for both of these premier rooms include a delicious breakfast served every morning by Chef Raphaël in the historic house, on-site parking, use of a therapeutic hot tub for two in the historic house's terraced garden, laundry facilities and bicycles (2 per room).

Premier Two Room Suites

Rue Richer premier suites are two room ground suites at the back of the historic house, designed with you in mind.

The Cabin is one of the ground floor premier suites located at the back of the Historic House, The Corner.

This suite has a small salon and kitchenette for your convenience, and can sleep up 2 adults and a child on a double sofa bed in the small salon. There's room for your family pet too!

Madyson Ave. is currently under construction, getting ready for the 2027 season starting in April. This is another of our ground floor premier suites located at the back of the

Historic House.

This suite has a small salon and kitchenette for your convenience and can sleep up to 4 people with a queen bed, a single bed, and a single sofa bed in the salon. There's room for your family pet too!
